Features

Everything lives once, and serves every workflow.

A customer, a job, a payment, and a document are each recorded once and used everywhere: in the field, in the office, in the customer portal, and in the books. No retyping, no stitching five tools together at night.

The shared platform

One foundation under every trade.

Every module below runs on this foundation, and every feature on this page has an on/off toggle in settings. Off never deletes your data and never blocks your exports.

Customers and CRM

One record per account, with site and billing contacts, service history, documents, and notes under a single header. Commercial accounts lead with the company name, residential accounts with the contact.

Scheduling and routing

Recurring agreements generate their own jobs. Route days sequence and optimize with a preview before anything changes, and the Best Fit panel ranks who should take a new job and says why.

Invoicing and finance

Invoices, late fees inside your own rules, statements, and accounts receivable aging. QuickBooks sync covers customers, invoices, payments, and confirmed receipts, with no rekeying.

Communications

Email and texting in one inbox, with call transcripts filed to the right account. Every outbound text passes the opt-in gate first, so a marketing text cannot go to someone who never agreed to receive it.

HR portal and Document Library

Hiring from your own careers page, onboarding packets, time cards with a three stage approval chain, licenses, training, and evaluations. Documents are assignable to employees and accounts, with a starter template library. Included in every tier.

Reports and the three engines

Revenue, operations, and money reports, each with period comparison built in. The engines track revenue and production, churn and retention, and scaling and payouts, in Owner View or Enterprise View.

The nine modules

Your trade, on the same platform.

PestOPS is built first and is in field testing today. The other eight modules are designed on the same foundation and follow in order. We would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a module that is not ready.

PestOPS In field testing

The complete pest control operation: agreements, device scanning and inspections, termite work with 811 guardrails, sales activity reporting, and Sentricon reporting support for Certified Sentricon Specialist companies.

CrawlOPS On the roadmap

Crawlspace and moisture work: encapsulation, waterproofing, sump and dehumidifier jobs, and the inspections that document them.

WildlifeOPS On the roadmap

Wildlife control: trapping, exclusion, and the follow-up visits that close a job out for good.

GroundOPS On the roadmap

Grounds and exterior services, run on routes with the same scheduling and reporting foundation.

BuildOPS On the roadmap

Construction and project work: longer jobs, day rate labor, and materials tracked against the bid.

ZapOPS On the roadmap

Electrical services: service calls, panels, and recurring maintenance agreements.

PlumbOPS On the roadmap

Plumbing services: calls, installs, and water heater and fixture records per property.

LawnOPS On the roadmap

Lawn care: recurring maintenance, turf treatments, route density, and seasonal scheduling.

SnowOPS On the roadmap

Snow and seasonal work: storm driven scheduling and per visit billing when the weather decides the route.

Payments, on your rails

No processor is forced and none is privileged. Connect the rails you already use and run them all at once: Square, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo through PayPal, Cash App Pay through Square, and Facebook Pay recorded by hand.

PhoenixOPS never stores raw card data. Card entry happens with the processor, tips are tracked separately and never pay down an invoice balance, and every rail reports what it actually cost you against the estimate.

If one processor is down, the pay flow offers your other connected rails instead of a dead end.

Built for the field

Offline capture covers the work that happens out of signal range: closeouts, signatures, notes, and sales activity queue on the phone and sync once, in order, when signal returns.

Your branding, not ours. Your logo, your colors, and an installed app icon generated from your logo. Documents and the customer portal carry your name.

Partner Companies lets two companies share documents and treatment records with mutual consent. Sharing is push only, per item, and either side can revoke it instantly.

Phoenix Intelligence

An operational consultant that teaches.

Phoenix Intelligence is not a chatbot bolted onto a database. Its logic is built entirely on the founder's own consultation and recommendations, and it works the same six step cycle on every question.

1 Identify→ 2 Measure→ 3 Execute→ 4 Verify→ 5 Forecast→ 6 Refine

Know your numbers

The Owner's Morning Briefing, the five number dashboard with period comparison on every metric, true material gross margin per job, and cash drag, in plain words.

Reasons, printed

Churn risk arrives with its top reasons in plain language, and every heuristic is labeled as one. Coaching reads the funnel and the seller's own answers, then teaches the next move.

Rooted in PestPulse

The Business Health Score, hiring triggers, and the fleet repair or replace rule come from PestPulse, the founder's working spreadsheet prototype, rebuilt and verified as a tool in its own right.

Honest status: PhoenixOPS is in field testing with Phoenix Property Solutions, and founding pilot companies are onboarding now. The rules based guidance above runs today. The live coaching layer switches on when the platform key is in place, and the product says so plainly wherever that applies.
